Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with Express Tracked & Insured delivery.

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, then delivery takes 7 to 9 business days.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also see your orders by signing in to your account.

My tracking hasn't moved.
If it hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 12 business days after you placed it, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Can I change my address?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change where it's going.

Returns & refunds

What's your guarantee?
90 days, money back. If you're not happy for any reason within 90 days of your order, email us your order number and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the bottles back. It covers your first order, one refund per household.

My parcel arrived damaged or leaking.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

How long do refunds take?
We refund to the card you paid with within 5 business days of approving your refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Using ManeFlora

How do I use it?
Part your hair, mist the scalp section by section, then massage for 30 seconds. Once a day, on damp or dry hair. No rinsing.

How long does a bottle last?
About a month with daily use.

Is it safe for my hair type?
It's water-based and suits every hair type, including color-treated hair and protective styles. Do a patch test before first use, and stop if irritation occurs.
