maneflora.com is run by ManeFlora. ManeFlora is a trading name. Our address is 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, and you can email us at support@maneflora.com. These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our products

ManeFlora Growth Support Mist is a cosmetic scalp and hair care product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including hair loss conditions. Everyone's hair is different and results vary.

For external use on the scalp and hair only. Do a patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using it if irritation occurs. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a scalp condition, or have any concerns, speak to your doctor before use. Always follow the directions on the label.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly shown in error. If we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars ($). Payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment partner. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping is free on every order.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 7 to 9 business days after that. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

6. Our guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee is explained in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Our website

We work to keep the information on our website accurate, but it is for general information only and isn't medical advice. Content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to ManeFlora and may not be copied without our permission.

8. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
